Pininfarina has released a sketch of its Sergio concept car ahead of the rakish two-seat roadster's debut at the Geneva auto show on March 5. The car was created to pay tribute to longtime CEO Sergio Pininfarina. The street-legal barchetta has no windshield or side windows and its rollbar serves as a rear spoiler.

"With the Sergio model we reconnect to the fascinating and exciting world of two-seater barchettas," the company said in a statement. Barchettas often have been used in well-known road races such as the Mille Miglia in Italy and the Carrera Panamericana in Latin America.
