Given that it's Lamborghini's 50th anniversary, we've been waiting to see if the Italian marque has more goodies in store for the date. While the Aventador J was a pretty special, it wasn't exactly targeted for the marque's 50th birthday.
The Veneno, on the other hand, was an over-the-top celebration of styling and a lot of hints of the Italian flag. Of course THAT was the car meant to embody Lamborghini and all of its 50 years.
But it appears the party isn't quite over. That's because the LP-720-4 50 Anniversario Edition is here to join the festivities.
The first images that hit the web show a yellow-painted beast flexing its muscles. And while I am not exactly a HUGE fan of Lambo's styling department, I have to say that this two-tone Giallo Maggio and Nero example is particularly special.
Expect a slight bump in power, a special aerodynamics kit and other little bits and baubles. We'll keep you up to date when we find out ALL the details.
