Those who believe freeway speed cameras are more trouble than their worth ought to take a second look at the case of Francesca Cisneros of Chandler. Cisneros, 32, drives a Honda Civic frequently along Loop 101 through Scottsdale.
She uses Scottsdale’s seven-mile stretch of the freeway frequently enough to have not only been photographed by the cameras for allegedly speeding, but to have been photographed 64 times in the last five months, the Tribune’s Mike Sakal reported Friday.
Five more times, police say she was photographed speeding on surface streets.
