When I first drove the then all-new Porsche 911 (991) Carrera I was dumbfounded how great it was. It did everything amazingly. Sure, the detractors bitched about the electric steering but it felt fine to me.

And that car's great and all but I've been thirsty for the all-new GT3. It's just that much more of an elevated driving experience. You could say that I am looking forward to the all-new GT3 but I think that's actually an understatement.

I am completely captivated by the spy videos I saw pre-launch. But now the vehicle's finally making its way into reviewers' hands abroad.

As I've said numerous times before, one guy I've been following is Autocar's Steve Sutcliffe. That's because when he has driven the same products I have he honestly points out the good and the bad points.

In reality, some of the other guys are "in the bag" or they are making stuff up. Sutcliffe doesn't pull punches.

So when he says that the all-new GT3 is the best sports car he's driven, that's a seriously bold statement given his expertise and ALL the vehicles he's piloted recently.

Steve Sutcliffe drives the new £100,000 Porsche 911 GT3. Could it be the world's best sports car? You bet it could.
