Last night at the MGM Grand Detroit was the first event of the 2015 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS). Held at The Gallery, it's a mix of a dinner with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, a fashion show, and — of course — automobiles.

Essentially, it serves as a place for VIPs to come in, have a nice night with their significant other and potentially acquire an all-new ride. It helps that American Express has been known to bring in its Centurion clients.

The best part? A portion of the event's ticket prices are given to Detroit's Henry Ford Hospital (HFH).
