Consumer Reports speaks to the needs of the masses. A lot of enthusiasts seem to completely miss out on what normal people need and desire in their automotive purchase.

As pointed out in the clip below, with all the rage being luxury compact sport-utility vehicles and full-sized SUVs, it seems that it's easy to miss out on the likes of a mid size SUV like the all-new Ford Edge. And that's why we're here, to shed light on it.

According to Consumer Reports, this all-new generation product is improved over the last-gen Edge as it now rides on the latest generation Fusion's chassis. Considering the Fusion's chassis is pretty damn brilliant, it's no surprise that the Edge fairs out quite well in this first impression.
