So, you know those all-new images I posted of the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class last night? I actually forgot to make a note about it in my thread, but I wanted to say that if you looked closely at the images of folks working in the E-Class studio there were little Easter eggs all over the damn place.

Turns out that I missed the biggest Easter egg of all.

An eagle eyed individual at Auto Bild noticed that in one of Mercedes' images of the all-new E there was a picture tacked onto a board. It showed the progression of the E-Class over time as it changes from each generation and refresh.

At the very front is the all-new E.

So, it appears that Mercedes may have inadvertently revealed its all-new, 2016 Detroit Auto Show-bound (NAIAS) product. Or, it was just a genius marketing/public relations move.
