One of the more disappointing happenings in the automotive community in 2016 was the switch of the Porsche Boxster's six-cylinder motor to a four-cylinder. There's no question that the all-new powerplant is an improvement.
When it comes down to it though, what's more important? A more powerful and fuel efficient engine OR one that may be a little bit behind the times that makes you feel something?
Personally, I choose the latter. I know I am not alone.
So far, Porsche has been keeping its all-new four-banger Boxer relatively quiet. This is strange because the boys and girls from Stuttgart usually love releasing sound clips of its upcoming or newly released models.
