It seems like we’ve been seeing the updated Mercedes-Benz S-Class rolling around for quite some time now. And that’s because we have.
From what we can tell so far, the changes year-over-year will not be completely significant, at least when it comes to its design. Don’t be fooled, however, because the magic will come to the fore inside. That’s because the S-Class is going to receive all of the nifty gadgets found in the all-new E-Class.
That means it will become one of the most technologically advanced production vehicles for sale today. In true Mercedes fashion, there is no other option. Aside from the semi-autonomous driving features though, we suspect there will be more.
That’s because we’ve already seen that the S will receive updated displays that are larger. In addition, we wager that its powertrains will expand in the U.S. market. It’s not so hard to imagine and S450 with the likes of six-cylinder power being on offer in The States. THINK: The SL and GLS offer these powertrains. why wouldn’t the S?
