As we've been writing since the revised Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class has made its appearance, this three-pointed star is shooting out the lights. These refreshed GLE-Class sport-utility vehicles are all over the place.
Clearly, Mercedes struck gold. But the reality is the car is really showing its age. Sales might be good but the competition is as hot as ever.
Mercedes, who has been releasing all-new gen products across its portfolio, is finally getting around the GLE and we're looking forward to it. That's because the company is on a hot streak, we love the GLC-Class and, in addition, the German manufacturer has an unbelievable ability to get the mix just right — in terms of comfort, performance and exterior/interior details.
We've seen some spy shots of the next-gen product but not like these. Previously the vehicle was hidden under heavy camouflage. Now, the auto has shed the significant camo and is letting some of its design head out.
As expected, like all of Mercedes' product portfolio, it will get a more curvaceous design. In addition, expect some large TFT displays a la the all-new E-Class and a revamped interior that sets the benchmark.
