I have to say that it's been amazing to watch the automotive scene shift in recent years. Back when I first got into it, there weren't camera phones or so many leaks.

So, when it happened it was a HUGE deal. It almost seems like a leak happens every other week these days.

The latest comes from an unlikely source. Funny enough, the all-new BMW X3 M has actually been exposed via its infotainment system. It seems that someone with access to the upcoming M snapped a picture of the three-dimensional rendering that shows up on the vehicle's display.

While we look forward to seeing the X3 M in real life, this will have to suffice for now.

Given that BMW teased us with factory "spy" shots of the sport-utility vehicle sporting camouflage, we assume it should arrive in short order. Perhaps the Geneva Motor Show (GIMS) or the New York Auto Show (NYIAS)?

iDrive infotainment system, the image shows the upcoming production model will have an aggressive front fascia with a black twin kidney grille. Bigger changes occur further below as the high-performance crossover has a front new bumper with large air intakes that feature honeycomb mesh inserts. We can also see a black bar above the central air intake as well as scoops out near the outer edges...
