Lexus is trying to take it's dealership experience to the next level, by offering $50,000 for the best suggestion from it's dealerships to improve customer service.
The new campaign, which Lexus is calling its "Pursuit of Innovation Award," hands out four regional awards of $50,000 each for innovative customer service improvement concepts. Additionally Lexus will reserve $25,000 for second an third place awards regionally.
A book will then be compiled with all of the best ideas so dealerships can learn utilize the ideas themselves.
