Dodge unveiled the Demon Roadster concept in Geneva but brought it to the United States for the first time ever at the 2007 New York Auto Show. Powered by a 2.4 liter engine that produces 172 horsepower with a six-speed manual transmission, the Dodge Demon Roadster has a rear-wheel drivetrain and a torque of 165 lb-ft.
Once in a full production version, and we hope that happens soon, the Dodge Demon will definitely give its American rivals, Ford’s Mazda MX-5 and GM’s Saturn Sky, a tough competition.
