The owner of a one-week-old, newly purchased $160K+ Mercedes-Benz S580 (W223) with the Hyperscreen got a rude awakening when he received a $21K repair bill to replace a cracked screen.
The screen alone cost $18K, but with labour and taxes, the total came to $21K.
