Spyker Cars NV is expected to be able to submit its final offer for General Motors Co.’s Saab unit before the Jan. 7 deadline, according to CEO Victor Muller. The Dutch luxury car maker is revising its bid for the third time to be able to comply with all of GM’s requirements.
Muller told Reuters that the carmaker has time to prepare a final offer and that nothing has been rejected. Muller declined to provide further details.
