When asked about the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, General Motors Co. Vice Chairman Bob Lutz told reporters in Los Angeles that the future of these small pickups are “uncertain at this point.”
He had been highlighting GM’s strong product portfolio but had not made any mention of these products until it was brought up. Lutz said, “They may well [go away].” To date, GM has made no announcement if the Colorado and Canyon will be refreshed, replaced or jettisoned.
