As Ford Motor Co. continues to attract non-Ford owners to its brands, it expects that at the end of March, it will be able to post a bigger share of the US market.

In an interview, Ken Czubay said that the US industry anticipates higher sales in March than was first predicted at the end of February. However, Czubay is confident that Ford would outpace the industry. He explained that the seasonally adjusted annualized sales rate for the industry in March is seen to be “surprisingly good” if you compare it with what was previously thought. Earlier this month, Ford said that customer confidence appeared to have been stuck in a plateau.
