This is the worst car buying experience ever. Do your homework before buying here. They have a BBB rating of F with over 35 complaints. Read the fine print before you sign. Ask them to explain a bailment agreement, if they can.

My experience with this dealership has been a not pleasant one. I initially came in to purchase a bmw I seen on the web. My experience was pleasant and I loved the car. I am self employed and therefore hard to prove so as unethical as this was I falsefied a paycheck stub. I did not hear anything from anyone about this until I went there for service the following Saturday. Upon arrival my salesman says that I have to turn the car in unless I can get a cosigner. I got my dad to cosign for me and they let me leave. 4 days later they call and tell me the only way to keep the car is to put 20% down on the car which is $2000 more than I already paid. I agreed. So when I return to the dealership to give them the additional money I am informed that I have to turn the car in and I would only be receiving half of my down payment back. Of course I was upset becauseI have bnever heard of a dealership keeping your down payment because the deal didnot go through. After ugly negotiations they decided to give me $1750 back and keep $250 due to some "bailment agreement" that I did not receive a copy of at the time of the sale. I was highly upset with my experience Saturday I came home and exercised my freedom of speech and posted a negative reviews. When I went to pick up my check they extort me saying they will not release my check until I remove the post and if I post anything else they will file charges against me. They made idle threats saying I will be in jail for 5 years and they know where I stay so I better keep silent. Thats not right and definitely is against my constituonal right. I called my attorney to see my options and I commited no criminal action and that this was a civil matter. Its disappointing because they all knew about the stubs and did nothing but when I demanded for my money now they want to press charges. Not good business at all. But it is my fault because I should have research them better. They are not accredited by tht BBB and have an F rating along with 37 unsolved complaints. So everyone wish me luck as I continue to deal with these people
