Neil was great. I made an appointment to look at and test drive
a car with him. He blocked of his time so I had all his
attention and he answered all my questions. I was even
able to test drive the car a few times and he even let me
take it on my own once, which is a huge plus.
I wanted to think about it for a few days and he was ok
with it. No pressure or pushy sales techniques.
I looked on their website for the car the next day and it was
no longer listed. I waited one more day and it was still not
on the website. When I called Neil he had told me they took
if off the site because he knew I was interested and didn't want
someone else to buy it out from under me.
How awesome and customer centered is that!
