Fair price for both the BMW as well as my trade in.

Len was honest and actually fun to work with.

We explained to Jock that we were going to test drive a few other brands before we made up our mind, and again he did an excellent job of creating a stress-free environment and experience. Even though we were going to other dealerships, he didn't try and shoe-horn his opinions or editorialize.

We returned in the afternoon and bought it. As a very nice touch, Jock had the car brought into the center of the showroom floor after it was detailed while we were finishing up the paperwork in the back room. Hanging from the rearview mirror was a placard with mine and my wife's name on it.

While the car was in the showroom, most of the salesmen came up to my wife and I to congratulate us on our purchase as well as to let us know how awesome of a car we had picked up. They did it in a very friendly way, and it was a welcome addition to the experience.
