This fall I wanted a built-to-order 2014 E350 sports sedan, loaded with the latest electronic wizardry. This was our second Mercedes Benz car purchase with Schumacher European and my first deal with Louis Gordon and his most able of assistants, Aaron Sales. It was a pleasure to deal with both of them. Lou’s deep knowledge of the Mercedes line and his experience in navigating their complex ordering system was critical in getting exactly what I wanted. The vehicle was built the week Lou said it would be, it arrived a week prior to the promised date, and at the very price Lou and I had previously agreed on in a no nonsense, no pressure deal.
The vehicle was impeccably prepared for delivery: visually flawless and in perfect working order. Aaron’s encyclopedic knowledge of the car’s latest driver assistance systems and his remarkable communication skills were key in helping me begin to take full advantage of a very sophisticated set of features.
My wife and I will continue to do business with Schumacher European in the future. Their professionalism, experience, courtesy and service are second to none and as good as the venerable, luxury brand they represent.
