It is obvious why this has happened. GM and Ford are crashing thousands of these into walls to get the sales up.

Toyota could learn a think or to from the Lexus IS-F.

I think IS-F is going to buy Toyota out.

IS-F is so hot right now.

I think so too. IS-F will buy Toyota out? Okay, let me straighten you out real quickly. The IS-F is not a company, it is a car built by Lexus. Toyota owns and operates Lexus so technically, the IS-F couldn't buy Toyota out because Toyota already owns it. Make sense?

Lexus IS-F will defy all logic and reason. Theory's of relativity, gravity, and spirituality will burst into flames when the Lexus IS-f enters our life, our world, and our beings.

How have you not realized that he's making fun of the Lexus fans? Have you not read d1sinfo's "normal" posts, with his real views?

This a false post. Go to http://www.iihs.org/ratings/summary.aspx?class=70 and you'll notice that Chevey (GM) results are the worst. And the other thing the iihs.org hasn't tested the new Tundra yet, so where did all this come from? Go to the website and search for Tundray 2007, its not there yet.

man, toyota loyals will go to any length to defend toys wont they? the post isnt wrong, notice that the test was performed by the NTSA, not the Insurance Institute. denial wont keep the truth from surfacing, the truck is built by the folks that brought us pearl harbor, is it really that difficult to think that they would pass on to unsuspecting american lemmings an unsafe truck??????

yes, you managed to guess the ultimate plan of toyota and lexus. TO finish what they started with pearl harbour. go back to the 20th century

Big 3? I didn't see Dodge listed w/ 5 stars. Tundra can atleast hang with the big 1/2, or so it seems anyway.

anything less than 5 stars all the way round, from the top and diagonally should be considered embarassing, what with all the cash toyota poured into not only the building of that beast but the marketing of it as the new standard in trucks. we've come so far that the new standard is to take a step backword??????

Who on this site honestly judges the next car they are going to buy by the crash test ratings? anyone?

didnt think so. Most of us judge my performance and looks. btw, 4 stars is just 1 star less. Its still in the average or good category. who cares? i know for the most of us that the Tundra is not on the "must have" list

true.

an advantage of TWO extra speeds in the tranny will trump a mere ONE star in safety ratings any day!

after all, don't we all just KNOW, excellent drivers that we are, we NEVER CRASH anyway? we doan NEED no stinkin' 5 stars!
