I really appreciate the over-all look of this and the (more handsome) Ford Edge, but...

The grill pattern Lincoln designers chose for the MK-X lacks the elegance that this vehicles needs to really set it apart from the ever growing field of luxury cross-overs.

This Lincoln MKX got many of it design cues from the last gen Lexus RX, and the current Nissan Murano. And the interior design is to tacky, it Does NOT scream luxury.

I gotta agree, the Edge is probably a better choice. I think FoMoCo agrees too, that's why they kept mentioning the Lexus RX in the Edge commercials in reference to quietness, if they had faith in the MKX, they would've done those commercials for the Lincoln.
