2009 Acura TSX/Honda Accord Euro spotted testing a Nurburgring
A heavily camouflaged prototype has been snapped testing at the Nurburgring and is reported to be the next-gen Honda Accord Euro (Acura TSX) midsize sedan due to hit the market by mid next year. Tell tale signs that this is in fact the next Accord Euro is the shape of the grille aperture on the camo gear, which matches the shape of the grille from the Accord Tourer Concept displayed at the recent Frankfurt Motor Show. This is not the TSX to big. Did you crawl from under a rock? this is the same car that has been posted all over this site as the next TL. The TSX will be the Sports 4 concept car.

Isn't this the same prototype that's been identified as the next gen TL? Instead of the Accord Tourer grille, they claimed that the grille was somehow similar to the MDX. Maybe Honda is economizing and combining multiple upcoming models in a single prototype. I guess next week these same pictures will show up and claimed to be the upcoming 2009 Pilot.

I really don't understand why Honda sells the euro accord as the TSX. First off, it does not warrant the price tag. Secondly, Acura has to move away from FWD to be taken seriously.

Agreed, this is NOT the Accord Euro/TSX. It's clearly the TL. No amount of camo will hide that fact.

Regarding the FWD issue. Acura already said they will be going with SHAWD in all Acura's going forward (or did I dream that). FWD will be left to the Honda line.
