After Chrysler revealed the fact that we will not have a convertible version of the Dodge Challenger we though all of our dreams to see a topless Challenger vanished…until we saw the customized muscle car by Coach Builders’ Larry Moran.

For a fully transformed Dodge Challenger you have to pay $16,000 , of course you have to own one (the coach builder used the SRT8 version which is priced at $41,700). Under the hood the vehicle will feature the 6.1-liter Hemi V8 engine boosted to almost 560 hp and 690 Nm. The vehicle was lowered with the help of a KW coil-over suspension kit and in order to improve it look a new set of 22 inch Foose Challenger wheels were added. We know the top got off, but according to the manufacturer the convertible version got its structure reinforced with new strut bar hidden inside the trunk while the sound and temperature isolation was improved using acrylic polyester cloth hydraulic top.
