The Bavarian based car specialist MTM, announced its latest tuning programme for the Volkswagen’s notorious Golf 6 GTD.

An output upgrade, new exhaust system, rims, lowering springs and brakes are included in the package.

The factory VW Golf 6 GTD comes with a 2,0 liter TDI engine that produces 170 hp. After installing the new MTM handmade stainless steel exhaust system and an ECU remap, the Golf 6 GTD’s engine output increases to 205 hp. More style and even sportier look is achieved by the MTM Bimoto rims in dimensions 8,5 x 19” wrapped in Continental XL Sportcont tires with size 235/35 19. The 30 mm lowering from MTM’s spring kit and the special 380×34mm Brembo brakes with stainless steel breaklines and 8-piston caliper ensures the vehicle’s proper handling and increased agility.

As an addition to the exclusive tuning programme, Motoren Technik Mayer is also offering a 30mm spacers set.
