Good news for enthusiasts of the latest MINI Convertible: the British company will open the brand new John Cooper Works variant of the dropdown model in Geneva. The 1.6-liter double-scroll turbocharged powerhouse of the JCW MINI Cooper S Convertible, like its hardtop brother, will get a power boost from its regular 172 hp up to 211 hp. Torque, which is available within the range of 1,850 rpm to 5,600rpm, has also been increased to a maximum of 260Nm (192lb-ft) from the regular 240Nm.
