Powering the new Scirocco R is a four cylinder 2.

0 I TSI engine that is good for a total of 265 horsepower with power being driven to the front wheels of the VW. Drivers have the option of choosing between a traditional six speed or a DSG transmission with a note to sixty ringing in 6.5 seconds for the manual. Of course with the DSG the run will be a few tenths of second shorter.
