Audi A3 TDI Clubsport Quattro Concept- Is THIS Audi's Answer To The BMW Tii Concept?
Here are the first official photos of the new Audi A3 TDI Clubsport Quattro concept.

This little 'Badass Motha' sure looks like their response to the BMW Tii Concept. and we LIKE it!

I absolutely LOVE this little ride!

What's the AutoSpies.com consensus on this bad boy?

STUD or DUD?

I think if you strip away the boy racer graphics that Audi has a STUD on their hands.

I think in a more subtle Gray, Silver or Black would make this car absolutely fantastic.

I agree.

Audi is a luxury brand not a boy racer. The Japanese owns that category (even without graphics on their cars)

So with those numbers, it can still be a stud based on looks, but a definite dud when going up against BMW's twin turbo 6.

it's a diesel. And those numbers are more conservative than any Republican.

It's a 2.0 diesel - it's pretty good!

The BMW tii is a lightweight, more powerful 135i pay homage to the orginal tii. This Audi is a unique car in its own right. One of the first diesel sports cars.

Why do go to Audi threads if all you do is say negative things? Dude, you are such a poseur!

the a3 does wonders for the 3 door hatch body style. absolute wonders.

it seems to take some inspiration from the early 90's quattro coupe.

this model is an excellent idea. an even better idea would be to offer the 3 door a3 in the The Colonies.

while i would opt for the bimmer tii over this in most cases, i do like this a3 a whole lot.

i think this type of variants/kit looks good on GTIs. A3 is too round/decent looking and doesn't carry the aggressive kits with all those spoilers well. but i like the interior.

This A3 is an interesting design concept. I think the graphics and colors schemes are a bit much, but like the spoilers and the TDI motor. The A3 is actually a VW Golf underneath and I think Audi has always made a nice version of their own. I wish here in the States we would be offered the 3 door. I just think it looks better in profile than the 5 door version.

I disagree, the 3 door model looks very bland next to the Sportback.

Graphs were designed as a presentation piece to celebrate Austria, thus Austrian color schemes. Audi is presenting this car at an Austrian event.

I don't really see how this and the Tii concept have anything in common other then the funky color schemes.

Not bad, actually the overall shape is brilliant, but i just don't like the gaping open mouth grill, just does not suit the small stature of the car, although i am sure the intention was to give a more aggressive profile. But can it really match the magnificent performance bar than 135i has endowed on itself, only if Audi can do that then there can be a competition, otherwise........
