Fourtitude reports that next Wednesday, October 11 the Audi R8 will drive down Park Avenue in New York city, on its sides there will be the undefeated Audi R10 TDI diesel and a 1938 Auto Union Type D Silver Arrow race cars, other Audis and a police escort will top of the parade. The parade is expected to start on the 52nd Street and finish at the newly opened Audi Forum New York on the 57th Street. This will be the first showing of the R8 in America, the R10 will be the same one that won at Petit Le Mans this past weekend, the Ferdinand Porsche designed Auto Union Type D Silver Arrow is powered by a 550 horsepower supercharged V12 engine, amazing for 1938.
