Audi TT is Top Gear's Coupe of the Year
The Audi TT adds yet another award to its long resume in the form of Top Gear's Coupe of the Year. While Top Gear states that the new Audi TT is definitely not as radical as the original it is still a very beautiful car, it has an award to prove that as well. However, the reason that the Audi TT won is because of its drive, "But because this one feels like a bona fide sports car. It really drives." Top Gear sums it up, “fact, it drives even better than it looks. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is worth getting excited about."

Do you agree with Top Gear that the new Audi TT is the best coupe of the year, or do you think another coupe was more deserving?

I agree. Want to see it for real. I think it is just as good, if not better looking than the original one.

I can't wait to drive this car! That was the only issue with the older TT- it wasn't a great handling car

The new Audi TT is great looking. But blue sucks.

I don't think there is a loser when your choices are the 3 coupe and the TT.

Saw the new BMW 3 series coupe. Pretty nice, not bad. A bit plump. Saw the old coupe within few seconds, much more agressive.

The new Audi TT I have yet to see, but from the photos it is very nice indeed. Audi TT FTW.

I love the 3 Series coupe.

Just because it's a BMW doesn't mean you can't love it. Badge does not = car.

I tottatly disagree with this choice...Not surprised coming from Top Gear (One of the most moronic Shows on TV to do with cars...British have no sense of humor IMO)....However I'm still shaking my head!

Let me rephrase that...Terrible sense of humor. Top Gear is overly frustrating to watch.

Maybe it is because you don't have a sense of humor?

Amazing car...will have to see about adding it to the top list of potential new cars to buy.

Really want to get one on an open road...oh wait. DC doesn't have any. I hope it does well in traffic.

BTW, the Audi TT 3.2 Quattro does 0-60 in 5.1 seconds and covers the 1/4 mile in 13.7 seconds @ 100 mph. Very nice performance.
