It’s important to keep the 3 series looking fresh for some more years to come before the all new 3 series will arrive. With the facelift the front and rear bumpers will change, and also the front lights and the rear lights. The engine hood is also disguised so it is probably also going to get a new shape. Also the side mirrors are different.
This exterior changes together with some news inside, both technical and cosmetically, will try to keep the 3 series still running well against its competitors.
