I hooked up my accelerator to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

BMW CEO speaks out about partnering with Mercedes, Daimler has no comment
At a meeting with analysts this month in Munich, BMW’s CEO Norbert Reithofer was outspoken about his desire to partner with rival Daimler AG.

of course BMW wants to team up, they want to figure out HOW to keep a car running past 100,000 miles because thats the amount of time it is perceived BMW's fall apart.
i once asked my broker how often he takes his lime blue M3 to the track and he exclaimed, " NEVER i'd destroy the engine!" i said to myself, "why do you even bother having one"
Mercedes historically has the perception of running to 300,000 miles, look up the autospies article on that one.

Hmmm, I never read where the M3 was looking for an ugly front end and the ability to lose every comparison test.

Dude, you're starting to sound like JoshLexus4Ever. Remember him? He was banned about a month or so ago. Do you want that?

JoshLexus4Ever was a 14 year old kid who was banned because his whole life revolved around Lexus 24/7 and lacked any objectivity towards any other brand.
Sounds familiar?
By the way, not everybody here is pro-German. As you can see by my moniker (07G35J), I don't drive a German car, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate other car brands, being German, Japanese, or anything else.

NOT MERCEDES!!!! It is an awful car company. Mercedes are so ugly. The M3 in that picture is very nice.

Pfft. I wouldn't want BMW to try and team up with Mercedes. I sure as hell wouldn't want my Benz to be in the same plant as a BMW. Keep them separate...the way it should be.
