"GOODWOOD, England — Rolls-Royce has confirmed the long-standing rumors about a baby Roller, saying the smaller-than-Phantom car will be launched "within the next four years" and will be priced from $250,000 to $380,000.
Rolls Chairman Ian Robertson disclosed the news at a private media function Thursday evening in Paris.
