BMW Group is once again most sustainable automotive company

For the fourth year in a row the BMW Group leads its sector, and as such, is the world's most sustainable automobile manufacturer. The BMW Group is the only company in its industry to have been listed in this important collection of corporate sustainability indexes every year since they were established in 1999. The BMW Group's Board of Management defined sustainability as a key corporate principle back in 2000. Sustainability throughout the value chain, comprehensive product responsibility and consistent conservation of resources are firmly anchored in the company's processes. Congratulations BMW! BMW's long term commitment to sustainability throughout their entire organiztion has been recognized for the fourth year in a row!! This comprehensive effort at many levels of the company is the real way to be green in my opinion. Being a responsible consumer is so much more than buying one product, one should look at the bigger picture.

Good for BMW. This is what GM should be doing, looking at the big picture. Not just their RE-Volt-ing car.

This is what I love about BMW, they are always at least a decade ahead of every other automotive company.

Your are so full of S__t Huu...

You have not concrete facts to back up your claims.

BMW is one of the most progressive automotive companies in the world and you choose to live in "Toyota Fairy Land"..

If your Asian automotive companies were so forward thinking maybe they would have made the list.. But "Not"....

You are one of the least credible posters on this site.

You spin facts and manipulate information to make it appear you are right when the facts always turn you into a liar..

huu, how are you not tired of listening to yourself by now? I mean, we only have to endure you for brief moments, and it is almost unbearable. How do you stand having to be around yourself all the time? You must be one strong willed dude.
