A car that we dont need, why make something just for making something? better a small town car, or a total new 1 series with models like the 3 series, sedan, touring, coupe and cabriolet they only miss the touring right now.

I wish these auto manufactures would quite calling these station wagons and hatchbacks crossovers. It’s getting to be a big joke and there the only ones fooling themselves. I wish there was some parameters set to define a crossover. Maybe there is but the must be pretty loose.

MAV? Multi-activity-vehicle?
MPAV? Mutli-purpoase-activity-vehicle.

Too bad BMW can't claim that they invented another segment, the Ford Freestyle beat them to it.

BMW should just stick with developing a Yaris fighter before they run out of money.
