BMW the world's largest premium carmaker, has reached a deal with arch rival Daimler to pool their purchase of some car parts, BMW development chief Klaus Draeger told a German magazine. "The use of economies of scale is successively being implemented. We do not need to wait for a model change or official announcements," he said in comments published by auto motor und sport.
