I really get a good laugh when I read some of the commenter's, who claim all I like are BMW's and that BMW is PAYING me off, to exude all the praise I give them.

What these uninformed souls don't realize is that if I could afford it, I'd have them ALL in my dream garage.

EVERY premium manufacturer has one or more products I personally love.

So let's take a look at some of my favorites.

On my way up to Bimmerfest, I stopped to visit my buddy Glen Fagin up at the Auto Gallery and he let me in on a little secret.

I'm liking what Audi is doing with their new design schemes. Those new LED headlights they have are just as badass as BMW's Angel Eyes! Audi is starting to get less conservative and I think it's going to pay off.

BMW's have always been a step ahead of the game as far as styling and performance, and I think they are starting to up their luxury game, which I've noticed in recent years.

Porsche has always kinda of been in a league of their own. Very refined, but powerful machines with awesome trannys and great engine notes.

Like you said... all three companies have have their cars that just identify them as a company.

How perfect is that x6 again? Looked really ugly when its put next to a true bmw sedan/coup. a bit portaly and fat.

Just because you post you like other cars, doen't change the BMW pay off story.

Notice all the Lexus banner ads on this site, the Lexus sponsored photo galleries...now do you see any BMW ads? If 001 could be bought the GS450h he received would have done the trick, unless its just not good enough

Best based on who's opinion? I dont think BMW is the best. I think they are a great car company and they produce great products but that of course is also an opinion.

Look at which stories get all of the action. BMW and exciting cars. People obviously care about BMW and other exciting cars and they ignore boring cars. If you don't like/can't afford BMW then go away. Spend your precious few days on planet earth doing something you enjoy.

I agree with most comments here. As a daily visitor of this site (along with a dozen or so others), I view it almost as a BMW site (certainly a German car site). Forces me to take any opinions I read with a grain of salt because I see little objectivity and lots of bashing when someone offers a view outside the majority.

As a result, I use Autospies more as a jumping off point for the links.

Everyone's perspective is valid, but if the intentions of AutoSpies is to NOT be perceived this way, then they need to make an effort to force more of a balance in topics and not be so accepting of abusive comments.

Did you ever watch ANY of his videos with Lexuses? He repeatedly called the LS600hL "GORGEOUS!" and was drooling over all of its features. He also dribbled all over the Infiniti EX35 when he first saw it. This guy isn't actually biased, he just moves from one car to the next very quickly. He's very CA--into the "next big thing."

SpiceyMakey, Everyone's perspective is NOT valid. If someone has incomplete and/or inacurate information their perspective may very well be patently wrong. A productive discussion entails one person making a point and then supporting it with logic and evidence. Then, that point can be challenged by the application of logic and evidence by someone else.

Agent 001, why are there always grammar mistakes in your posts? Audi's = possessive not plural. Pic's = possessive. Pics = plural. Not trying to be an English teacher or anything, just amazes me how many people on this and all other boards who can afford expensive cars don't have basic English knowledge.

Spell and grammer checker only takes a second... Well for you guys it will likely take a little longer, however wont cause that much of a delay. Its a real helpful utility

I just had to register and post as the title of this "article" hurts my eyes. 3 mistakes in one title. "Agent001" needs to learn that it is Porsches, not Porsche's; BMWs, not BMW's, etc. One does not have to be an English major to know that you do not use apostrophes for plurals.

Nice cars though...

Of course no one has used beatiful and Audi in the same sentence. The audi R8 just won World Car Design of the Year.

Slower..... 0-60 in 3.9 seconds and the BMW M6 is history when racing the R8

Cheaper?? $109,0000 > price of any BMW M car currently in production

We will not let the disillusioned amazinBimmer and Larry win in their quest to hurt Audi's image.

BMW, Audi, Merc... YAWN!! The current designs are sooo boring. Seriously, you would HAVE to be sponsored by them to publicly say that they are anything other than mundane.

You want style and design? Buy an Alfa. Oozes design flair from every oriface and they are just as reliable and well built as any Binner, oops I mean Bimmer... not to mention FASTER!
