There’s no doubt that Auto China 2010, which ended last Sunday, was a resounding success. The 10-day auto show, which was held at the China International Exhibition Center, received over 800,000 visitors.

Organizers claim that this makes it the best-attended motor show in the world. At the show, 990 cars from nearly all carmakers were features. This list included 89 models that made their world debut. In line with the show’s theme “For a Greener Tomorrow,” 95 energy-saving vehicles were launched. A total of 65 concept cars were displayed as well. Last Saturday, the show, which is the 11th staging of the city’s auto exhibition show, got more than 145,900 visitors. This is believed to be due to the three-day May Day holidays and rising temperatures.
