Abu Dhabi. I've been there before a few years back. That city is like Dubai but obviously gets less attention now that it's the new developmental city in UAE. Everything is upscale there. The RR Phantom has a home in that city.

I go every year to abu dhabi and i guess the phantom is more than welcomed such a first class however very sad city
