I hooked up my accelerator to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

Looks really good with that alcantara trim... I'd very much like to try it out... But those performance numbers doesn't sound that impressive for a Golf with 650 hp!

I'm getting to the point where I prefer alcantara over a pure leather interior. When done right, it's awesome.

Alcantara is synthetic material.

Alcantara is faux-suede.
But even real suede is just cow skin (or deer or pig), so it's no worse than leather.

This hot hatch is now a scorching hatch! It looks superb and with that W12 it's obvious it has all the go along with a very conservative appearance. Two thumbs up! a winner in my books.

wow... it's even got RWD... that would make this like the anti-vdub, since there hasn't been a rwd vw/audi in decades.

It better have RWD; otherwise torque steer would wrench the steering wheel of this dangerous beast right out of your hands. I have to admit that VW did a fabulous job on the interior.

Does a dry ice dispenser (for the white smoke effect) come with the car?

A big engine with two seats. I'd like to see it go up against a Tomahawk.

I like the GTI/Golf/Rabbit, I really do. But this is as dumb as giving steroids to a butterfly.

I doubt you'd see anyone driving this in the U.S.

Americans are consistently unable to equate 2-door hatchback with meaning fast car.
