This will be the perfect gays and woman car, Why?, a lot of space no sport performance (cause the Gravity Center is too high)....But the people that is thinking that the car will be a failure, could be wrong, seems to me as a good deal for pragmatic people. Not for me but I´m a minority. They will focus the line in the segment where is the money...thet smart bussines. But the cars looks ugly....lets see whats happen...

Obviously, there's someone at BMW with a lot of influence that is having something against trunk lids. Maybe that person got locked in a car trunk as a kid, don't know. Maybe it's just a phobia.

It all started with the trunk lids "bangling" in the early 2000, and now they are progressively getting rid of them, hunchbacking and "activitying" all of their cars.

I'm on my umpteenth BMW (currently 335i) and I just don't get it either. The 5GT is godawful looking. Ditto the three.

I think it is a good move if they get rid of the wagons. The wagons just arent good sellers in the US and to change the perception, they just call it a GT and include loads of functionality. I would take a 335i GT anyday. I wish they made a 335i wagon right now! The hatches and wagons do well in Europe, just not in the US. maybe they will change peoples perception of the wagon?
