General Motors plans to introduce a redesigned Cadillac CTS in March at the New York Auto Show.

The redesigned luxury sedan will hit showrooms in the fall, Bob Ferguson, vice president for global Cadillac, said in an interview Sunday.

Ferguson also said GM would soon introduce a coupe version of the compact Cadillac ATS, which last month won North American Car of the Year. That will hit dealerships in 2014, but it's not clear when it will be shown to the public.

Meanwhile, Cadillac's all-new Escalade and ELR luxury electric coupe will reach showrooms in early 2014.
