As an automaker, it's been remarkable to see Tesla come to the market and make a splash. While its initial car, the Roadster, was far from a success and a halo product, the Model S sedan really brought the manufacturer into the fore.

After receiving some mixed reviews and even a couple bad ones, a slew of accolades were handed down. Hell, the Model S even got the highest scores of any product to be tested at Consumer Reports. While its door handles have received criticism in the past couple of months, it seems that consumer interest still remains strong.

Can you say that about the Porsche Panamera or Mercedes-Benz S-Class? I don't think so.

If I had to list a car that folks inquire about most frequently, the Model S would be easily holding the number one spot. At the local mall the Model S is typically swamped and Agent 001 reports the same thing on the west coast.

So, we've got to ask: WHAT is it about the Tesla Model S that STILL has people MESMERIZED?

Is it the screen in the center stack? Is it the electric, plug-in technology? Is it Elon Musk's story? Is it the perceived future of the automobile?

Can ANYONE Explain Why People Are STILL MESMERIZED By The Tesla Model S?
