*Assumption: since no one mentioned if they were a driving enthusiast or a practical driver I assumed that if performance was in the top 3 choices then you were an enthusiast.

Driving enthusiast's buying preferences (10 entries):
1. Performance (41 pts)
2. Style (17 pts)
2. Reliability (17 pts)
4. Driving pleasure (16 pts)
5. Safety (15 pts)
6. Quality (15 pts)
7. Comfort (7 pts)
8. Features/Luxury (6 pts)

Practical driver's buying preferences (5 entries):
1. Quality (14 pts)
2. Features/Luxury (12 pts)
3. Price (10 pts)
4. Reliability (9 pts)
5. Style (9 pts)
6. Comfort (7 pts)
7. MPG (5 pts)
8. Safety (4 pts)

Observations
* Enthusiasts clearly look for performance - no surprise there
* Practical drivers rank Reliability 4th on their buying preferences while enthusiasts rank it 3rd - a bit of a surprise (at least for me)
* Enthusiast rank safety much higher... perhaps due to the need for the car to be able to control its speed but also for passenger safety in accidents
* MPG was not mentioned once by an auto enthusiast
* Driving pleasure was not mentioned either by a practical driver
