I found this article interesting because the Volt is the standard in which EVs will be measured against. Point is, the Volt isn't even on the market, neither is most EV models due on the market for the next year. It would seem to me the Tesla would be the test standard, but not mentioned. Period. Possibly the reason is that the Tesla is a sports car and priced accordingly?
