China weighing if to appeal against WTO ruling
Shanghai, July 21 (Gasgoo.com) – After the World Trade Organization issued on July 18 a formal ruling against China in the auto parts dispute with the U. S., EU and Canada, the industry and legal experts in the country insist that the ruling is unfair and suggest that the government prepare for an appeal. Read Article

Oh oh, does this mean 'Everyday Low Prices" is threatened? We might have to find slave labour goods elsewhere.

What China will do is just kick everyone out and keep those shiney new factories stupid Western enterprise built for them.

China will probably win an appeal and be allowed to charge a higher tariff (say 18%).

No politician is insane enough to threaten middle-America and depriving them of cheap crap.
