When Tesla first debuted its Model X, it wasn't at a major venue like the Detroit Auto Show. It was more of a media frenzy at a SoCal design studio. That first iteration of the X has been updated though, slightly. We bring you the next phase of the concept. The key here is that this is not a Beta version. See? I wasn't just trying to have fun with words in the headline. That's basically all I've got. What is cool though is Agent 001 who captured a ton of images of the vehicle's interior. Some of these shots show some great images of the nifty instrument cluster and ridiculously huge, iPad-inspired center stack.AutoSpies.com is the number one site in the world for Auto Show photos. With other sites you're a spectator but with Auto Spies is like you're THERE!Official Detroit Auto Show photo gallery**The 2013 Detroit Auto Show Gallery and coverage is sponsored by Lexus

Those gull-wing doors are not going to work for a lot of people. Many garages don't have that kind of overhead space. Mine does, but I built a loft for storage. The radio antenna on my Tiguan barely clears the joists. These doors, coupled with the increased height of the car, means I could never open the rear doors in the garage. That would make it tough to get the grandkids into the car before leaving the garage. Not a good idea.— atc98092 (View Profile)

The grille on the front fascia does not fit. It is dramatically oversized. The panel in the center stack just looks like a last minute addition. — MorePower (View Profile)
