Between the RS5 Cabrio, SQ5 TSI and the US debut of the latest R8, Audi will have plenty of high-performance machinery on display at the Detroit Auto Show. But reports suggest that the Ingolstadt automaker may have one more trick up its sleeve to pull out before the doors close at the Cobo Center.
