Yesterday we saw the brand new 2010 Jaguar XFR and we were already drooling! Today, another premiere from the British manufacturer was unveiled: the new 2010 Jaguar XK. The new vehicle continues the tradition of the stylish 2+2 coupe and comes in three choices: XK, XK Portfolio and supercharged Jaguar XKR.

The new vehicle features the new AJ-V8 Gen III 5.0-litre capable to deliver 385 hp and 515 Nm of torque (380 lb ft) while the supercharged version of the same engine delivers an impressive 510 hp and 625 Nm of torque (461 lb ft). With these numbers the naturally aspirated version hits 60 mph in 5.2 seconds (100 km/h in 5.5 seconds) while the supercharged version achieves 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds (100 km/h in 4.8 seconds). Both version has a top speed limited electronically to 155 mph or 250 km/h. Of course, don’t expect the car to be fuel efficient because is not: the supercharged version of the coupe has a combined fuel consumption of 23.0 mpg or 10.2 liters/100 km and a CO2 rating of 292g/km while the naturally aspirated XK delivers an average consumption of 25.2 mpg or 9.3 liters/100 km and a CO2 rating of 264g/km.
